Casting director and co ordinator is very important to interested Newcomers artists. If casting was a not casting director whatever films star are the highest which they are, nowadays is never seen. Casting director and co ordinator have very little lmportance to the related people. Or they have to be ignored due to some kind mentality. And this thing is related to evey person to the film world.

What does the co ordinator work...?



Bring the artist to the right place at the right time. Finding new faces everyday. Keeping the right information and handling of Newcomers profile, photos and videos updated. And most importantly all the artists information from time to time casting director or producer, director. This is not a simple thing. When a person become a co ordinator or tried to, the market views them differently. Why such a mentality needs to live life everyday.
After all if anything happens then you have to work with Bollywood like a sea. It's good idea why a person does any business because he is able to do that and enjoy it  and also get money too. The co ordinator job is to find new faces and reach them to production houses or casting director. Production houses or casting director to speak extensively about what kind of faces should want. He has to work very hard to find a special face. The Production house for that a special face arrange re audition. The co ordinator is repeatedly in the production house. All the film world hard work to find that special new face. These things are known only as a production, casting director and co ordinator.

When the production houses need artists they speak to different co ordinators according to the character. Actors profile of different character is preserved only with the co ordinator. You must contact with co ordinator, if you have given him your profile, photos, and videos. They save in his deta. If you save your profile there believe that your magic box can be opened of any time. The artist first step that co ordinator. There are many co ordinator in market but just find you best. If you haven't find yet then get back soon give him your profile, photos and videos, keep in touch with them so that you will get information about the audition if those professional ask you for fee's then don't hesitate give them, it's nominal. The answer to all above questions are yes and definitely yes. This is arguably possible. Anyone in Mumbai can come, in the some way, you can also come to Mumbai. Ofcourse, in the Mumbai there are lots of opportunities. They can achieve success any department.

Be smart and go ahead.

Before coming out of your town or village, you must know about Mumbai, like that who is the state government? Who's the ruleing party and also know about geographical, cultural, economical and social. What have I been saying for this...? No matter what you already know from this there will no problem.
First of all arrange to stay in Mumbai, six months, year, two year whatever you thought, come to think about money, your everyday basics needs. It's abvious that you will not have it then, you can go to the talking to a responsible person of any production. Watching the mind carefully, see who's speaking to, how's the character talking eachother, how's the lights sense has been done, how's the cameraman working check all the team carefully. In the meantime you can visit easily director, Cameraman, artist and his assistant too. Try to get the contract numbers if possible. Whenever you spare the time must go to filmcity once in a week. Any person found there will meet all departments related to the film or TV serials. First take their contact number. Afterwards you try to take at least once a week. Try to make them friends any assistant of any department then,tell them about yourself, then know about future shooting...? When are the shoot...? Where to shoot...? Ask about the entire character, will your character joined the script...? Don't do all these things one day and together.
Talking about the next if you do research on Google, you get film / movie diary find out if you wants. That's diary you will find a lot of people who will be related to films and TV serial's. Whenever you get the time trying to call and if they call for meeting then, definitely go and keep in mind that try to reach that place ten minutes in advance. Do all this, even know where to place an audition.

Listen,watch and develop yourself.

In the early days, you have to see how to give an audition only, audition should be seen less and carefully. You will be guessing about that, how to Auditions? How to prepare for the audition? What is the method of giving an audition? How often we try to understand.
Production have arranged audition for which character, all these things show us after participating in the audition. There are so many artist who come here to audition like you. I think you will need to write to an own Script for Auditions and it will be better if you prepare. After making the audition Script, how can be present that Script As artists...? For that you should use to mobile camera better. Everyday best the shoot,it depends on how you should improve the audition video,if you do this everyday believe that you will go to the auditions where you will go, there will be more chance,

Gradually you are right path, if your intentions are Film's, TV industries honestly forward act, believe that you will get work within month. You don't work any day, have been bored with everyday things...? Then enrolled in the book library. Read more books, by reading books your mind can be aware,you will never be misled. Watch movies of your favourite hero-heroine everyday, Think about their characters, these things will help you learn a lot. Whenever you meet some celebrities what they ask answered exactly. Don't question them by mistake. You can ask them questions try to see the environment.
Auditions range from dadar to andheri, andheri West is main area. Everyday audition are done in andheri West. Where are Auditions...? When it's known...? You will definitely find it in a group of social media or find out from your contact friends.

Suppose you don't have discipline either or, you run away from discipline or,you are shy about adopting discipline. If that's you, living in the future will be very difficult. Whether you work in any field's. Regardless of how big or small, adopt a discipline. You will get too happiness every moment. I will talk about film industries here. In any department of film industries writer, director, Camera, Editing, Lighting, acting, art, make up etc. If you want to see you yourself progressing then,you have to keep in discipline.

Discipline & responsibility means? 

How to keep in discipline...? Discipline
means that, you should work honestly, consciously with whatever works you are doing. If you work /service /job in someone's office, suppose that you are the manager, assistant manager. I will talk about film industry. You are the assistant of someone, that someone you have been given the responsibility of assistant in your head. Are you playing this responsibility honestly and consciously or not...? If you keep mind, wealth and body disciplined in all three then the best will be.This thing seems to simple to say but, this simple thing has changed the history and geography of many person. To adopt honestly, you have to stay away from the desire for wealth. When you are under these three assumptions, believe that your progress stops there only. Your physical progress is visible but the relaxed disappear. Instead of honesty, it will make redundancy meaning that the foundation of your discipline will be ruined. Means you can be undiscipline and you shall catch tham somewhere.
Your Senior has given responsibility believe that, you will have a great workout or we can call it's a struggle. Today talk about Responsibilities tomorrow, Talk about tomorrow, keep on quitting. What will it says...? Undiscipline...yes undiscipline, if you consider your seniors dictate to be immediate then, they do it in the right time or with double strength, do you work in it...? Believe that any senior who you think will be yours. Gradually you are empowered to raise and maintain responsibility. Whether you are an official or a team, you will be called responsible. Seniors doesn't give Responsibilities to everyone who understand responsibility only he has able to handle them. If you do anything by taking responsibility for one thing, believe your work will be four moon's. Senior, junior, big,small will be able to trust all of you. Talking about the film industries many Newcomers go to work everyday in the production house and asks for work. These are the same buddies who runs away with us for months. And I don't know where and how to run by half incomplete work from the office. What will they accomplish by doing this half way job...? They come back frequently and will request you for work. Would you like to hire such a fugitive...? My answer will not be at all. Because we all know that such people will need further, the production house is growing, the work will increase, the team will be increase, instead of being included in such fugitive teams. It would be best if they wandered them. These people come to see the hero heroine and dazzling month of that month, they will not do the responsibility given to them,if post production can last till, it will not mind it. Make the right mischief and run away.

Don't think being as established actor.

 If you chose a very best way but, your part of mind which role will you play in...? Whether it will look fit to me or not...? I should do the main character...? I will never do small things or character....? I will make big budget Film's, TV show, webseries, drama, Don't cheat yourself with such ridiculous things, we all dreams about it and work hard to achieve. Whoever scared gets dead the more information you get about how to give an audition first and, why it's taken. Better it will be for you. Auditions are taken so that they should have a similar character in the story, The geographical area of the character which is related to morality, colloquial can be seen on the screen so,director and casting director they work a lot to find the character. Whenever you want to go for the audition practice lot in the house.

Don't say that your problem or imotion.

do you think that I got a chance to work in the film...? Should I work with celebrity...? Are my dreams fulfilled...? For that you have to work hard. Even by mistake you don't have to talk about your personal life, like I am poor, you will give me chance then I will not forget in my hole life,make me an artist any way all these things are absurd none of these things will be believe but, you can believe yourself, no matter what you say don't pay attention to those things. The first step is the audition that you get well close then see the amazing. Don't give less instead of giving on audition but according to your personality, the Auditions are said to be kept in touch, keep practing everyday. If you give more than the audition means you can't achieve anything then. This will be firsttrat to you. First of all who is the director, what's the name of the production house. After which all these things have been made related to the idea that the produced by this production before this has been made. When you go to give an audition then,you given a paper in your hand we called it audition Script. It's necessary to remember that Script in 15 minutes, you should also handle diction. For these things there is an assistant you can ask him about Script and character. The second thing is that friend's you know the digital technology you can also take advantage of it too easily. Mobile, tab,and laptop is not just for social media or chatting. You don't know where to come from, if you want to be successful in the film industry then you can use all above mentioned facts correctly. The moment your camera will be in your mobile then,stand in front of the camera and act on what you like very much and share it with friends and family. Do you know what will happen from this activity...? Improve your acting and other will know how well entertain friends and family. The shard video will also know how many drawbacks or advance in you. If you have got an audition good for getting the job done then, you will definitely find that character. If you don't even get the role there is no need to be angry.

Let's start about the digital film structure, The image of the traditional film 35mm is replaced by on image sensor from there the image goes to 0 or 1 to be recorded in the camera or media. These are available to us as digital tape, hardics or any memory card.The first digital video camera was used only for video shoot.Such as DV cam,DG 8,DIGI beta and P2 camera's etc.Digital video camera's are still popular as a format. Special Digital movie Camera development has been done to shoot Film's for the last seven to eight Year's. Now day's it's completely based on digital film making in the film industry.
Sony cine alta,Mx red,Red epic and Alxa etc are being used by the camera's for high quality digital Film making. On the other hand Sony nx 100, JVC pro Hd,Cannan full format DSLR, GO Pro are also being used for low cost Film's making.
Traditional cellulite technology has been going on for 100 Year's,It's no surprise, How many director's, writer's, Hero's Heroine have earned a name and wealth in this cellulite film technique.

Why do we need digital technology today.?

Yes,digital technology was needed because over 50 Year's cellulite technology saturate, But we all need change, we need newness everyday,Something that has no bounds,Never ending until human race in progress and that technique is Digital. There is lot of potential in dig for a quick look links for more than a week and the technology.


Myself personal idea is that
Digital technology will not end till the human race and development of this digital technology,The extension will be very much sure.
In the traditional Film production 35mm cellulite film camera has been used. In which 35mm film negative was used, we are also called stock's,The stock's is calculated according to the feet,when shooting there nagra is used to print the sound,As soon as the shoot was over the positive film was prepared by sending it to the lab for chemical process, After editing dubbing the sound is synchronised with the positive one and then step by step ready to  theater...
